Hi everyone,
welcome to my website. My name is Andrea. Me and my husband Mike started the Great Dane Romp back in September 2003.
We have a merle girl, Clara, and we never seem to see any Danes. We knew they are out there (...somewhere), we just had to
find them.
So, we placed an ad in the Dog Nose News, hang a few flyers and hoped for the best.
September 21st, 2003 was a day with a big "D". Our first romp was a success. We had 13 Great Danes romping around. And
the number have been growing ever since then. So far, our "record" is 23 dogs.
So if you're owned by a Great Dane (even a GD-mix or another big breed) or you just want to see a bunch of Danes running
around and having fun, come and join us every first Sunday, at 1:00 PM, in the Normandale Park and every third Sunday each month,
at 1:00 PM, in the North Clackamas Park. We're looking forward to meeting you.
